Three measurements: neck, chest and back length. The chart shows the largest dog each size fits. If any measurement is over, go up a size.

How to measure

1Neck girth

Wrap the tape around the thickest part of the neck, just above the chest.

2Chest girth

Wrap the tape around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.

3Back length

Measure along the spine from the base of the neck, where a collar sits, to the base of the tail.

Measurements are the maximum for each size. The hoodie is a stretch knit, so a snug fit is normal; it shouldn't pull across the chest.

Fit notes

Chest decides. A hoodie that's a little short in the back is fine; one that's tight across the chest isn't.
Between sizes? Size up. The knit stretches, but fur and movement need room.
Long, low dogs (Dachshunds, Corgis) should size by chest and neck, and expect the back to run short.
